Polynucleotides
Plinest Polynucleotides are a next‑generation regenerative, highly concentrated treatment designed to repair, hydrate and revitalise the skin at a cellular level. Using purified DNA fragments, this works deep within the tissue to stimulate fibroblasts, boost collagen and elastin, and restore optimal skin function. The result is stronger skin, softer fine lines with long‑lasting improvement in tone, texture and hydration.
They are especially effective for delicate areas like the under-eyes, and also working beautifully across the face, neck, jawline and cheekbones.

How it works
Polynucleotides create an ideal environment for regeneration: they bind water within the tissue for profound hydration, calm inflammation, support healing and enhance the extracellular matrix. Unlike fillers, Polynucleotides do not add volume, instead they rebuild the skin’s natural architecture, making it one of the most natural‑looking and effective treatments for improving overall skin quality.
What are the benefits?
Deep cellular repair
Stimulates fibroblasts to rebuild collagen and elastin for stronger, healthier skin.
Profound hydration
Binds water within the tissue, improving long‑term moisture levels and restoring suppleness.
Improved elasticity and firmness
Enhances the extracellular matrix, resulting in tighter, more resilient skin.
Reduction in fine lines and crepey texture
Supports structural renewal for smoother, more refined skin.
Calms inflammation
Reduces redness and irritation, making it ideal for sensitive or compromised skin.
Enhanced healing and regeneration
Accelerates tissue repair, improving scarring and overall skin quality.
Brightens and revitalises
Boosts micro‑circulation and cellular turnover for a fresher, more luminous complexion.
Natural looking results
Restores the skin’s architecture without adding volume, maintaining authenticity and balance
Client Stories
I had my microneedling in Sciene this week with Aisha. I cannot recommend enough this place and her! ! From the moment I went to the moment I left the experience was absolutely AMAZING. Aisha took me through the process we agreed to a peel as well . She was so precise and careful she took me through the process she explained everything to me!she add a red light and soothing mask to neutralize the peeling. Also this place is so beautiful with so so many treatments and equipment for face and body. I didn’t want to leave from there! I wanted to try all at once (which was not possible in a day!)I felt so nice and relaxed. My next appointment is already booked! I cannot wait to come back! I can’t thank you enough for this experience!

What concerns do polynucleotides treat?
They improve crepey or thinning skin, fine lines, dullness, dehydration, under‑eye laxity, scarring, inflammation and overall skin quality. They can also support scalp health in hair‑restoration protocols.
Do polynucleotides combine well with other treatments?
Yes. Polynucleotides pair exceptionally well with amino acid treatments such as Celora Vita or Jalupro, enhancing hydration, collagen stimulation and overall tissue quality. They also work synergistically with ClearLift laser, which boosts collagen and improves tone, amplifying regenerative results.
Are polynucleotides the same as fillers?
No. Polynucleotides do not add volume. They strengthen and rebuild the skin’s structure for natural‑looking, regenerative results.
Is the treatment painful?
With numbing applied beforehand, the treatment is comfortable. You will feel pressure or small pinpricks and tingling, depending on the area treated.
Do I need numbing before treatment?
Yes. A topical anaesthetic cream is applied for 45 minutes before treatment to ensure complete comfort.
Is there any downtime?
Downtime is minimal. Small bumps, mild redness or slight swelling will appear immediately after treatment, especially around the eyes. These typically settle within hours to a couple of days.
How soon will I see results?
Hydration and radiance improve within days. Firmness, elasticity and refined texture develop progressively over several weeks as regeneration continues.
How many treatments do I need?
A course of 3–4 sessions, spaced 2–4 weeks apart, is recommended for optimal results. Maintenance can be performed every 3–6 months.
Are polynucleotides safe for all skin types?
Yes. They are suitable for most skin types, including sensitive or compromised skin. Your practitioner will assess suitability during consultation.
